Return Policy

We truly want you to love what you ordered from Style Junkie Boutique. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors of animal hair, in original condition, tags still attached, 

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original form of payment for the purchase price of the item.

If a gift card was used (fully or partially), refunds will first be applied back to the gift card, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Return Costs:  Customer is responsible for return shipping

Original shipping charges and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Because our styles can sell out quickly, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order to secure it. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed promptly.


Defective or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect items before shipping, but if you receive something defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once the item is received.

All items marked as defective will be inspected upon return.
