We've got your back! If you added shipping insurance at checkout and your order arrived damaged, lost, or never showed up, we're here to make it right.
What's Covered
Your shipping insurance protects you if:
- Lost packages: Your order shows delivered but you never received it
- Damaged items: Your goodies arrived broken, torn, or unusable
- Stolen packages: Porch pirates got to it before you did
What's NOT Covered
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind (that's what our return policy is for!)
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Packages refused or returned to sender
- Normal wear and tear after delivery
What Happens Next?
We'll review your claim within 3-5 business days and reach out with next steps. Most claims are approved quickly, and we'll either send a replacement or process a refund—your choice!
