Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, or animal hair
  • In original condition
  • Tags still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original form of payment for the purchase price of the item.

If a gift card was used (fully or partially), refunds will first be applied back to the gift card, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns must be initiated through our return process before being mailed back.

Exchanges

Because our styles can sell out quickly, we do not offer direct exchanges.
