Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, or animal hair
- In original condition
- Tags still attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original form of payment for the purchase price of the item.
If a gift card was used (fully or partially), refunds will first be applied back to the gift card, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns must be initiated through our return process before being mailed back.
Exchanges
Because our styles can sell out quickly, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order to secure it. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed promptly.
Defective or Damaged Items
We carefully inspect items before shipping, but if you receive something defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once the item is received.
All items marked as defective will be inspected upon return.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
If a refund is requested instead of reshipment, original shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
